This notice is to be submitted to Building Control, in relation to any building work, where the client appoints a principal contractor (or sole contractor) or a principal designer (or sole or lead designer), under Regulation 17 of the building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024.

If the Dutyholder's appointments have already been provided to Alpha via the application form, then this notice does not need to be submitted unless there is a change of Dutyholders.
