SITE INSPECTION

Alpha Building Control employs our own team of Registered Building Inspectors who are all registered with the Building Safety Regulator, and are based at strategic locations across the country, which means we are able to provide you with a first class professional service locally.

All of our Technical Team have a vast experience working in all types of construction, including domestic, residential, and commercial projects from a small extension through to multimillion-pound projects of all types.

Once work has commenced, we will carry out inspections at various stages of construction as outlined in your Contact Plan. You will be required to notify us at key stages so we can assess compliance. These may include (but are not limited to):

  • Commencement of works
  • Excavation of foundations
  • Damp-proof course (DPC) / Oversite
  • Superstructure
  • Roof construction
  • Pre-plaster
  • Completion of works

Your Contact Plan will set out the specific stages applicable to your project.
