Technical Director

The Technical Director will be responsible for strategic leadership working alongside the Managing Director to grow and develop the business. This person will be a high-performance individual with a strong academic record of success, demonstrating a passion and drive. This person will recognise the full value and remit of the role which is reliant on driving forward the whole of the business operation.


This person will seek the opportunity to develop the company by identifying gaps in the industry, supporting, and coaching our business leaders to generate work to successfully help achieve the business plan.

Building Control Surveyor

Building Control Surveyors will be responsible for overall project management as well as undertaking plan checking and site inspections to help ensure projects comply with the Building Regulations and associated guidance for residential developments up to 11m high and as well as other domestic works.



Location: Northeast, Northwest, & Yorkshire.
