Plan Checking Service

Here at Alpha Building Control, we will offer you a seamless approach to the Building Control service from conception through to completion.

We have over 40 years’ experience in all areas of Building Control but tend to concentrate on what we are good at, that being Residential, Domestic, and small Commercial Works.

If you’re serious about your project we strongly recommend getting an Architect or Architectural Technologist to design your scheme. Once appointed one of our qualified members of staff will be happy to appraise your scheme in accordance with the Building Regulations.

We will then advise you of any alterations that may be required to your drawings in order to achieve compliance or issue you with an approval. If required, we will also consult with the fire service at this stage as well as the local water authority and forward their comments on to you.
