Site Inspection Service

Here at Alpha Building Control, we will offer you a seamless approach to the Building Control service from conception through to completion.

We have over 40 years’ experience in all areas of Building Control but tend to concentrate on what we are good at, that being Residential, Domestic, and small Commercial Works.

Once you’ve started work, we will inspect the works at varying stages of its construction. You or your builder will need to advise us at key stages of the work to allow us to inspect. These key stages will all be contained within our site inspection plan which will be issued to you on appointment.

We will also be very happy to attend design team meetings on site to guide you in the right direction and help you reduce costs.



Our final job will be to inspect the works on completion. Subject to the work being satisfactory we will issue you with a final certificate.
